A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of thirty million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall be detached of a registration license plate and its seal, except where permission is obtained from the Mayor/Do Governor or where special provisions exist in other Acts;

Nevertheless, the defendant, at March 2018, has the same year.

6.On the alleyway in Daegu-gu B, the number plates (C) which had been sealed from the Otobs acquired due to the unexplosive circumstances were removed.

2. On June 2018, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act and illegally used air hosing, attached the above number plate to the Sil 100 sib, where he purchased the above number plate at the above place.

Accordingly, the Defendant used the registration number plate unlawfully and used the public office marks for the purpose of exercising the registration number plate unlawfully.

3. At around 13:30 on June 18, 2018, the Defendant exercised an air defense that was unlawfully used by operating the dynas voluntarily attached a registration license plate from the dynas section to the front road of the e bank located in Daegu-gu, Seogu, Seo-gu.

4. The Defendant has driven a motorcycle as provided in paragraph 3 without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license at a time and place set forth in paragraph 3.
