Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 11, 2013, the Defendant obtained approval on a forest management plan in Gyeongnam-gun B.

Since then, the defendant's forest management plan project was accepted by the competent authorities on October 28, 2013 on condition that only the permission of felling(s) is granted and the equipment is not put into operation.

Nevertheless, in order to bury the exploited products and the bed parts, the Defendant converted the use of the bed season from November 8, 2013 to November 14, 201 of the same year into mountainous districts by means of 1 to 2 meters in depth in the above mountainous districts, 5 meters in width, 1 meters in width, and 1 meters in width, and dumping and maring soil.
