Criminal facts

At around 13:20 on May 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) used the digging hole on the roads used as an access road to nearby factories and stables in Yangju-si B; (b) sold 30 cm in depth; and (c) stored 2 soil on the roads, thereby making it impossible to operate freight cars for the transportation of goods.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with traffic by using land-related stuffs and so on.
