1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the part regarding Defendant Il National Media Co., Ltd. and Defendant Kuk Media Co., Ltd is as follows.
Reasons
1. The facts below the basis facts are either in dispute between the parties or acknowledged in Gap evidence No. 1 (including a serial number; hereinafter the same shall apply) by reference to the whole purport of the pleadings.
[1] The Plaintiff is a church that the deceased G is the father of G, and the mother of H is believed to be one of his mother.
