Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. On September 11, 2017, at around 20:04, the Defendant discovered a victim’s E-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-
13,000 won, one document bag containing money was cut off.
B. On November 29, 2017, from around 18:00 to around 05:00 on November 30, 2017, the Defendant: (a) discovered a motor vehicle with a 1 ton of G 1 ton of the victim F, which was parked without correcting it, on the front parking lot of 407-dong, a remote city located in the 92-rodle-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-si; (b)

On November 30, 2017, the Defendant discovered K-wing and III cargo vehicles equivalent to KRW 9 million at the victim J-owned market price, which was parked without correcting the vehicle, and boarded the said vehicle and stolen the said vehicle, as it is, while driving the vehicle.
2. On November 31, 2017, the Defendant driven K-wing and C-motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.107% at the front of the Sungcheon-dong tunnel in Bocheon-gu, Bocheon-do.
