A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 7, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for special larceny in Seoul Northern District Court on June, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on the 15th of the same month and is currently in the grace period.

1. Larceny;
A. On August 9, 2013, at around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim D-owned car at the front parking lot of the C Apartment 39, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu; (b) discovered the victim D-owned car; and (c) used the key of the vehicle at the bottom of the Center Pesta of the vehicle, and stolen the vehicle by using the key of the vehicle at the lower end, which was parked at the front parking lot of Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
B. On August 9, 2013, around 22:28, the Defendant: (a) discovered a HM5 car, which was parked in the F apartment in the parking lot adjacent to the management office in the Namyang-si, Namyang-si; and (b) went into the victim G-owned door through the unCorrectioned driver’s seat door, thereby thefting one set of 4,00 won as the victim’s ownership, and one set of vegetable.
C. The Defendant B.
At around 23:40 on the same day, at the above I apartment underground parking lot, K Lone Star Co., Ltd., the victim J, parked therein, was found, and it was stolen by 50,000 won in cash, which is the victim's possession, through an unresh chief door.
around 04:30 on August 20, 2013, the Defendant discovered None Star Co., Ltd., the owner of the victim’s M, parked at a 2 complex of Lone Star Co., Ltd., and stolen it by entering the 8,000 won of cash owned by the victim after the driver’s seat and cancelling the corrective device through windows, and then entering the 8,000 won of cash, 1, 1, 1, and 1, 200 credit card of the new bank.
E. The Defendant D.
At around 20:59 on the same day, at the O apartment 118-dong 2nd underground parking lot in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Q&D car, which was parked therein, is found, and is equivalent to KRW 5,00,00, a victim-owned passenger car.
