A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant was not a person handling psychotropic drugs, the Defendant handled the following psychotropic drugs-related clocks (one philopon, hereinafter “philopon”).

1. Purchasing philophones;

Around 20:30 on May 25, 2019, the Defendant and I transferred H money 2,400 (here 400,000 won) received from the Defendant to the person under whose name the phone seller is the penphone seller, and the Defendant and I sought approximately 0.8g of phiphonephone in the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Guro-gu.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones in collusion with I.

In addition, the Defendant conspiredd with I, etc. on three occasions from September 12, 2018 to May 25, 2019, and purchased penphones in collusion with I, etc.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. The Defendant, a single crime, was committed at the mutual incompetence from August 13, 2018, which was located in fathercheon-si on and after August 13, 2018, set forth in subparagraph 1 above.
