A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[200 Highly 365] Even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related Meptiles (i.e., one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) and lic acid ethyl (i.e., one lsD; hereinafter referred to as “lsD”) as follows.

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. The Defendant contacted B with a person who is to purchase a 400,000 won of a phiphone, and sent B a photograph of a phiphone concealment to B, and received from B a urgram a photograph of a phiphone concealment.

On August 24, 2019, at around 21:20, the Defendant sent a house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, a place of concealment of phiphones transmitted by the above B, and found a vinyl package containing approximately 1g of philophones.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones from B.

B. On October 10, 2019, the Defendant received KRW 100,000 from D to E bank account (F) in the name of the Defendant in the name of the E bank (F) in the name of the Defendant and remitted the said money to H I bank account (J) in the name of H used by H, with the Defendant’s request to seek writingphones from D, which was known through telephones, around 04:22, 201.

On October 10, 2019, the Defendant was found to have 3 single-use injection equipment ( approximately 2.1g in total of philopon) in front of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Officetel L L, containing approximately 0.7 g of philopon from G, around October 1019.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with D to purchase phiphones from G.

2. On October 5, 2019, around 23:48, the Defendant found lsD’s 5 LSD in an envelope located in the above MM building, which was delivered by B from the Mapo-gu Seoul M& building.

Accordingly, the defendant received ls from B without compensation.

3. On March 26, 2020, the Defendant received philophones from P to G in Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangseo-gu N HotelO, and received philophones by taking two philophones free of charge, which contain approximately 1.4g in total philophones.

4. Medication of phiphones.
