1. Defendant A and K’s fraud obtained information from Jeonnam-do subsidy of 10%, Si/Gun subsidy of 40%, and 50% of Si/Gun subsidy of 50%, from Jeonnam-do and Si/Gun in 2013 (hereinafter “support project”), and proposed that Defendant A and Gu subsidy of 10%, from Jeonnam-do and Si/Gun subsidy of 40%, installed waste livestock environment-friendly treatment equipment at livestock pens, and Defendant C accepted this.
