Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a driver of Bchip car.

The driver of any motor vehicle shall pass along the left side of the other motor vehicle and when it is likely to impede the normal traffic of the other motor vehicle, shall not overtake the other motor vehicle, and shall not violate the signal or intrude the center line, and shall not drive the motor vehicle in distress, which threatens or inflicts any danger or injury on the other motor vehicle, or which may cause any danger or injury to the traffic by repeating the aforementioned action.

As a result, the defendant committed an act of violation of overtaking, a central crime of invasion, and a violation of signal, thereby threatening the victim and causing danger to traffic.
