Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) while driving a BFD vehicle on the road in the vicinity of the Suwon-gu Northern Igwon (the age of 27) and driving on the road in front of the Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu; (b) after passing the victim, the Defendant was in the same attitude that the Defendant would cause harm to the victim by driving the vehicle in front of the Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu; (c) changing the vehicle in front of the victim; (d) changing the vehicle in front of the victim; and (d) changing the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the victim; and (d) changing the vehicle in front of the victim, and making the vehicle in front of the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim by using a dangerous vehicle.

2. No driver of any motor vehicle, etc. who violates the Road Traffic Act shall threaten or threaten another person, or cause any danger to traffic by continuing or repeated violations of signal signals, median lines, violations of methods of overtaking, etc.;

On July 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was driving along the front road of Heung-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) obstructed the central line; (c) proceeded along the intersection in violation of the signal; (d) did not turn on the direction direction device over four occasions until the front road of Heung-gu; and (d) violated the overtaking method by passing it through the intersection in violation of the signal.

As a result, the Defendant repeatedly committed the central crime, the violation of signal, and the violation of overtaking method, thereby causing danger to traffic.
