Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

However, for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, the above fine shall be executed.

Punishment of the crime

C reported to 112 from October 17, 2018 to December 5, 2018, or continued to go outside the national highway 35 in front of the house or in operation of the national highway.

The Defendant was aware of the fact that the foregoing content was reported and processed regularly by the above 112, and the case was 12 cases. Although the counselor of a specialized institution for protecting older persons in Ulsan Metropolitan City, who provided continuous guidance and procedures for counseling, treatment, and admission to a hospital for the purpose of solving problems by visiting the problem, the Defendant did not take measures necessary to prevent and properly treat older persons and stabilize their lives for their parents, and neglected to keep their lives from October 17, 2018 to December 5, 2018.

Accordingly, the defendant neglects the basic protection and treatment of the elderly under his protection and supervision, including food, clothing and shelter.
