Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,00 and by a fine of KRW 2,00,000, respectively.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are clan members of D clans.

1. Defendant A and Defendant B

A. On November 3, 2013, the above clans held a general meeting by convening G, the president, from the “F,” a member of the Ethic Ethic Ethic Ethic, for the formation of a private document forgery and qualification drawing document, but some members of the G did not proceed with the above procedure and went out after the closure of the meeting. Some members, including the Defendants remaining in the place, made a resolution to appoint A as the president of the above clans without permission.

On November 22, 2013, the Defendants conspired to arbitrarily prepare the minutes of the general meeting, stating that Defendant A used a computer at the Defendant’s “H” office located in Suwon-si, and appointed Defendant A as the president at the above general meeting. According to such conspiracy, Defendant B prepared the minutes of the general meeting, stating the above purport, and entered the contents of “A: the president: 1.: the president; 3. General affairs: B; attached the official seal of the president of the above clan which Defendant A produced at his discretion, and affixed the seal of each of the Defendants on the side of the above “D clan”.

As a result, the defendants forged the minutes of the general meeting, which is a private document on the rights and obligations in the name of the D clans without authority for the purpose of exercising them, and at the same time gather the president and the general secretary qualification of the above-class clans.

B. On November 27, 2013, the Defendants conspired to submit a forged and forged document or a document for the preparation of qualification qualification (1) together with the minutes of the general meeting in the name of the above clan prepared with qualification appearance, when they apply for change of the representative of the identification number of the above clan.
