1. Basic facts

A. Defendant D clan (hereinafter “Defendant clan”) is a clan of unique meaning that consists of descendants of D, and the Plaintiffs and Defendant E are the members of the Defendant clan.

B. From November 2003, Defendant E works as the chairperson of the Defendant clan, and is engaged in the duties of representing the Defendant clan and exercising overall control over the duties of the clan, such as the management of the clan properties.

C. After enacting the articles of association on December 29, 1985, the defendant clan first amended the articles of association on September 25, 1993; second amended on March 13, 2001; second amended on November 25, 201; second amended the articles of association on November 25, 201.

(2) The articles of incorporation amended on March 13, 201 (hereinafter “Articles of incorporation as of March 13, 2001”) and amended on November 25, 201 are as follows: (a) the articles of incorporation amended on November 25, 201 (hereinafter “Articles of incorporation as of November 25, 201”); (b) the articles of incorporation as of March 13, 201 and the main contents of the articles of incorporation as of November 25, 201 are as follows:
