Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.
The Defendant refers to the “applicant” in the Schedule of Compensation Order attached to AL, AM and each other.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Fraud) is the representative director of the corporation, N, the multi-level company that receives the investment in the used car export business, and a person who actually operates AP and AP, the multi-level company that receives the investment in the fuel business, which is the multi-level company that receives the investment in the fuel business, together with AO, and AM plays a general role in attracting investment and paying dividends to many and unspecified persons. In relation to AP and A Q, the Defendant intended to receive money from many and unspecified persons to acquire 5-10% (5-10% per month for the investment money) and to pay 3-7% (3-7% of the investment money if the Defendant made an investment by introducing investors, and to pay the total amount of principal at maturity.”
On January 4, 2012, the Defendant conspired with AL and AM in sequential order, and made a false statement to the effect that the victim AP made an investment in AP in the AP office located in Ulsan-gu AR 11th floor, Ulsan-gu, U.S., the Defendant would pay high-rate dividends, as well as guarantee principal at maturity.
However, the above AP is leased four gas stations and three gas stations for AP are respectively leased.
