Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 15, 2014, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Suwon District Court on June 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 23, 2014.

1. Around 11:20 on February 11, 2014, the Defendant driven a Csch Rexton vehicle without a driver’s license on the road from the front of the national theater of Jung-gu, Seoul to the front of the Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;
Nevertheless, the defendant operated the above Bosch Rexton vehicle without purchasing mandatory insurance at the same time and place as the above 1. Paragraph 1.

1. Around 16:00 on April 14, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driven a car without a vehicle driver’s license at approximately 3 km section from the front day of the New KON department store in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front day of the medicine zone located in the Seoul Jung-gu, Seoul.
2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;
Nevertheless, the Defendant, without purchasing mandatory insurance at the same time, at the same time and place as the above 1.1.

As to the crime, Article 152 subparag. 1 and Article 43 of the Road Traffic Act, Article 46(2)2 and Article 8(2) of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act re-driving over two times during the suspension period due to the reasons for sentencing without a license. In particular, the second without a license is prosecuted for the first without a license.
