A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 1, 2014, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of three million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the credit support of the Suwon District Court on April 1, 2014, and a summary order of five million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the same support on June 19, 2015.

1. On June 8, 2015, the Defendant driven a motorcycle under the influence of alcohol by 0.257%, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license, on the section of approximately 500 meters, from the road front of the 1st day of the Seocheon-si Seocheon-si, Echeon-si to the 42-17nd day of the Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, the Defendant driven a motorcycle under the influence of alcohol by 0.257%, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license.

2. No automobile which is not subscribed to the mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not subscribe to mandatory insurance, and operated the Madern Ba as described in the above paragraph (1).

1. On September 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a motor bicycle without a license for a motorcycle while under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.292% from the five-meter section of alcohol level to the front side of the dong-ray, which is located in the Seocheon-si snow Hacheon-si snow Hacheon-si, No. 17:40 on September 17, 2015; and (b) on September 26, 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant, even though he violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice, was driving at the same time.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, even though he was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle which was not covered by mandatory insurance, was driving a motor vehicle without registration, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), as described in paragraph (1).
