A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of thirty million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

"2015 Highest 999"

1. On March 14, 2015, the Defendant driving a motor bicycle at the section of about 3 km from the direction of Yongsan-gu to about 402 as Han River, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license, at around 16:40 on March 14, 2015.

2. No automobile which is not subscribed for a mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the above motorcycle which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the same time and place as Paragraph 1.

"2015 Highest 1358"

1. Around 16:40 on May 2, 2015, the Defendant driven C Otoba without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license on a section of about 500 meters from the front side of the mountain market located in the main school in Jung-gu, Seoul to the front side of the Seoul Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, Seoul to the front side of 213-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul.

2. While the Defendant is prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, the Defendant operated the above urine without mandatory insurance at the date, time, and place specified in the above paragraph (1).

"2015 Highest 1658"

1. On July 6, 2015, the Defendant driving a motor bicycle at a section of about 300 meters for approximately 234-1, Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license on July 11, 2015.

2. No automobile which is not subscribed for a mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the above motorcycle which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the same time and place as Paragraph 1.

"2015 Highest 1949"

1. On May 14, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and the Defendant did not obtain a motorcycle driver’s license on May 14, 2015, as the Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Mapo-dong.
