A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2017 Height 209] No person shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, on January 2, 2017, the Defendant operated a C-wing cargo truck, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the road in front of the construction on the road located in the north-dong at the Hannam-si, Seoul-do.

[2017 Height 1700] No person shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, on June 13, 2017, the Defendant operated a C-wing freight truck that was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front side of the Hanam-si, Hanam-si.

[2017 Highest 1978] The Defendant is a holder of a C salary classd motor vehicle.

No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, on April 17, 2017, the Defendant operated the said automobile not covered by mandatory insurance at approximately 2 km section from the front of the apartment complex to the front road of the original village located in the 165-ro of the same Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, 15:13 on April 17, 2017.

[2017 Highest 2137] The Defendant is a holder of a C salary solid motor vehicle.

No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, on July 17, 2017, the Defendant operated the said automobile which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front road of Sung-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu.
