A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes committed on August 5, 2014;

A. On August 5, 2014, at around 00:45, the Defendant invaded upon the victim D’s residence by entering the gate, which was opened in the residence of the victim D (n, 25 years old), located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu C, and going to the second floor through stairs.

B. The Defendant, at the time and time indicated in the preceding paragraph, taken the victim’s body D, which might cause sexual humiliation or shame, using Samsung Gallona S5 smartphone owned by the Defendant, in front of the victim’s bathing room.
