A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and other crimes);

A. On September 29, 2015, the Defendant, at the time of the day set forth in the above paragraph (1), saw the victim’s sexual intercourse between the husband and wife in front of the small room room of the said husband and wife, and taken a visual image of the victim’s body in a sexual relationship by using the Defendant’s mobile phone camera in the gap of windows.

B. On May 14, 2015, around 14:54, 2015, the Defendant discovered a false female victim of a name in the F Mart parking lot located in Seoul E, and taken the bridges, such as the victim’s pathy and shot, using the Defendant’s cell phone camera, using the Defendant’s cell phone camera to screen the bridges.
