누구든지 등록번호판을 가리거나 알아보기 곤란하게 하여서는 아니됨에도 불구하고 피고인은 2015. 3. 13. 14:00 부산 북구 화명동 동원로얄듀크아파트 입구 앞 대로변에서 피고인 소유인 C 트럭의 앞 번호판은 청테이프를 붙이고, 뒷 번호판은 다른 물건으로 덮어 보이지 않게 하는 등 고의로 등록번호판을 알아보기 곤란하게 하였다.
