Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a low-speed car.

No one shall cover a registration number plate of an automobile on purpose or make it illegible.

Nevertheless, on August 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) parked the said car on the road in front of Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, in order to prevent identification of the number plate at the time of parking and stopping control, the Defendant moved the front number plate to the front door; and (b) the next number plate was difficult to identify the registration number plate by opening the between the bits so that the number plate can not be seen.
