The punishment of the accused shall be determined by six months of imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime

On November 1, 2009, the Defendant leased from C the second floor of the building owned by Gwangju Seo-gu (hereinafter “instant building”) in one year to KRW 2,200,00,000, and had been residing there from that time. On November 201, 2010, the lease contract is required due to the Defendant’s employment issues, and was issued by C by requesting C to deliver one copy of the false lease contract bearing the lessor’s seal.

On March 2012, the Defendant conspiredd to acquire money equivalent to the lease deposit from C by pretending to have a claim for return of the lease deposit against the victim, even though the lease contract for the building of this case between C and E, as seen above, was a letter-based contract with C on which the lease deposit for the building of this case was not paid.

According to the above public offering on March 19, 2012, the above E forged Private Document: “A million won, 22,000,000 won,” in the deposit column for the aforementioned false lease contract from the instant building; “The delivery date on November 30, 201; the lease period on November 28, 2012 from the delivery date; and “two-story housing and the lease period on a deposit basis” in the item column for the special agreement shall be one year.

From November 28, 2011 to November 30, 2012, “The date of preparation” was stated as “C’s house located on the first floor C, without C’s consent,” and the Defendant affixed a seal in the column for the duration of the said real estate lease agreement, thereby forging one copy of the real estate lease agreement, which is a private document on rights and obligations of C in collusion with the above E, for the purpose of exercising the rights and obligations of C.
