Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for each of the crimes set forth in the first sentence of crimes set forth in the ruling of the case 2014 order2806.

Punishment of the crime

On November 27, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties in the Incheon District Court's Vice-Support on November 27, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 26, 2014.

The defendant is a state of nationality of the Republic of Korea with no jobless person.

피고인은 2014. 7. 16. 00:40경 부천시 원미구 C에 있는 D 앞길에서 피고인이 위 식당에서 행패를 부린다는 112 신고를 받고 출동하여 귀가를 권유하는 피해자인 부천원미경찰서 E지구대 소속 경장 F에게 동료 경찰관들과 행인들이 있는 가운데 아무런 이유 없이 "이 새끼들아 내 나이가 아버지뻘이다. 이 씹새끼들아! 여기 왜 왔어 이유가 뭔데 개새끼야!"라고 큰소리로 말하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

On September 3, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of obstruction of performance of official duties by the Incheon District Court on September 3, 2010, and completed the execution of the sentence on October 26 of the same year. On November 29, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime from the Incheon District Court’s Vice Branch Branch Branch, and on December 7, 2013 of the same year, completed the execution of the sentence on May 26, 2014.

On the other hand, the Defendant is a person who has been punished or has been able to commit a crime related to violence over about 25 times, and has a habit of violence.

1. Around May 11, 2013, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s business by force, on the grounds that the Defendant: (a) at the “I” restaurant operated by the victim H located in Bupyeong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si; and (b) the victim made a 10-minute sound and threatened speech and behavior against customers, etc. on the ground that the victim would not sell alcohol.

In addition, the Defendant, from May 11, 2013 to October 23, 2014, obstructed the restaurant business, etc. of the victims by force over 12 times by means of the following similar methods, as set out in the list of offenses.

2. On October 8, 2014, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (Habitual assault) and the Victim J (32 years of age) around 01:40.
