Punishment of the crime
On April 28, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for assault, interference with business, and obstruction of performance of official duties in the Incheon District Court's Branch Branch on April 28, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 8, 2018.
1. 업무방해 피고인은 2019. 1. 6. 01:00경 부천시 B에 있는 피해자 C(58세)이 운영하는 ‘D' 식당에서, 술에 취하여 아무런 이유 없이 다른 손님들에게 “씨발년아, 뭘 쳐다봐.”라고 수회에 걸쳐 큰소리로 욕설을 하여 손님들로 하여금 위 식당에서 나가도록 하고, 피해자 및 종업원에게 큰소리로 욕설을 하고 소리를 지르는 등 약 20분 동안 소란을 피워 위력으로써 피해자의 식당 운영업무를 방해하였다.
2. 모욕 피고인은 2019. 1. 6. 01:20경 위 식당에서 “손님이 욕을 하고 행패를 부린다.”라는 112신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 경기 부천 원미경찰서 E지구대 소속 경찰관인 피해자 F(38세)이 자신을 제지하자, 식당 업주 C 및 다른 손님들이 보고 있는 가운데 피해자에게 “씨발년아, 개새끼들아, 내가 깜방에서 나온 지 얼마 안 됐다. 다 죽여버린다.”라고 큰소리로 욕설을 하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

On January 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 00:00, the Defendant was engaged in the act as if he were to pay the drinking value despite the absence of an intent or ability to pay the drinking value due to the lack of money in the water in the restaurant, operated by the Victim H in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si; (b) ordered the victim to drink and share, and (c) received a total of KRW 14,500 alcohol and share from the victim.
The defendant of "2019 Highest 490" is punished by imprisonment with prison labor for the purpose of assault, interference with business, and obstruction of performance of official duties in the Incheon District Court's Branch on April 28, 2017.
