A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

On September 5, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months and a fine of five million won at the Gwangju District Court on September 5, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 16, 2013.
