Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

The defendants are 30 million won, respectively, to the applicant for compensation.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is the general affairs of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Committee for Countermeasures against the Management of the Urban Planning Bureau and the Management of the City of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Office from January 15, 2003 to September 19, 2004.

A person who retired on October 18, 2005 after he/she was released from his/her position on November 30, 2004, and H is only a person who has been operated by an electrical construction company due to G's co-existence.

Around March 10, 2006, the Defendant and G entered into a service contract with the J of the I Co., Ltd. stating that the Defendant and G would allow a new apartment construction project by acquiring the above land through a public sale, etc., from that time to January 10, 2007, and were given money several times from J to January 2007, but there was no particular progress, and there was no actual change in the use of the above land and there was no ability to proceed with the public sale procedure, etc.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, in collusion with G and H on July 13, 2006, concluded a service contract related to the redevelopment of the said site with the victim and the victim by concealing the fact of the service contract with the existing E E representative who is the victim in the insane of Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul on July 13, 2006 to the effect that H is the representative of the consulting company, G is the present public official, and the above F library site in Gangnam-gu is approved to be developed as an apartment site.

2. The defendant B, on June 15, 2007, was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for the purpose of fraud at the Seoul Western District Court for the same year.

7. 30. A person for whom the above judgment became final and conclusive, and the fact that L actually operated by L from around 2004 to April 2007 is serving as a director in victim E corporation, a director, and is promoting the Gangnam-gu M& development project is an individual.
