A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of thirty million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 21, 2016, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) around 09:50 on June 21, 2016, the Defendant affixed a registration number plate removed from the CVF125 motor bicycle, which he/she had already registered, on the front side of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and on the unregistered VF125 motor bicycle purchased at the middle end.

As a result, the defendant used the official sign illegally for the purpose of exercising, and at the same time used the motor device number plate unlawfully.

2. The Defendant, as above, operated the above VS125 motor bicycle riding machine, which attached a registration number plate for a bicycle, which is an air strawing machine, as above, at around the day of paragraph 1, at approximately 2 km from the 63rd to the roads in front of Seoul Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, Seoul, in the 27-ro 3rd to the roads in front of Jongno-gu, Seoul.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the illegally used air defense.

3. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driven a bicycle with the aforementioned VS125 motor device at the time and place of paragraph 2, without a driver’s license.

4. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act: (a) operated the instant VS125 bicycle riding machine, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place of the instant paragraph (2).
