Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who acts as a chairperson of the joint enforcement system with disability rating system and support for the common representative of C's full-time members.

On August 21, 2015, at around 17:05, the Defendant participated in the 172-year conference for the resolution of the strike against the 3-year abolition of the disability rating system and support, which was hosted by the “joint action for the abolition of the system of disability rating and support” at the central forum of the Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul.

While the 450 participants in the event were proceeding with the “Resolution” and “cultural festivals, etc. at the central square of the foregoing luminous, the 30 participants moved on a road with the name of “finite finite finite finite finite finite finite finite finite finite finite.” On the same day from 21:35 to 21:50 of the same day, the 450 participants moved on a road by creating relief such as “finite finite finite finite finite finite finite finite finite finite finite finite finite finite finite

The 10 participants occupy the lanes in front of the 188 U.S. Embassy, and the 50 participants occupy the two lanes in front of the 188 U.S. Embassy, from 22:00 to 22:24 on the same day.

In addition to the above participants from 22:17 to 22:24 of the same day, the Defendant occupied the foregoing KT luminous building and the lanes between the above U.S. Embassy.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants to obstruct the traffic by land.
