A Imprisonment with prison labor of two years and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A and E, together with E and F, concluded a lease agreement on the public machinery, and had the leased company purchase the public machinery from the ordering person, and received it, and then would promptly supply cash by means of disposal to the other party. The F agreed with the ordering person and the lessee company, Defendant A entered into a direct lease agreement with the lessee company, and E take charge of the disposal of the public machinery supplied.

On November 25, 2014, Defendant A made a false statement to the effect that Defendant A would faithfully pay lease fees while operating the main factory after purchasing machinery from the 2010 Infrastructure Co., Ltd. to the employees who were unable to know the names of the victim Hyundai Social Co., Ltd. at the “H” plant located in G in Singu-si, E and Ha, and the victim Hyundai Social Co., Ltd.

However, in fact, when Defendant A and E are leased the machinery by concluding a lease contract with the victim, they had the idea of disposing of it immediately, and there was no intention or ability to return the machinery to the victim.

Defendant

A and E had the victim purchase 19,3160,000 won at the market price from the 2000,000,000 won from the 19,3160,000 MX-4500 machine from the 200,000 infrastructure Co., Ltd., and they acquired it.

B. On November 28, 2014, Defendant A and E made a false statement to the victim’s character capital Korea Co., Ltd. on the part of Defendant A and E that “I would faithfully pay rent when operating the main factory for the lease of the equipment after purchasing the machinery from 200 Infrastructure Co., Ltd.” to an employee who could not know the name of the victim’s character capital Korea Co., Ltd. at the above H “H” plant.

However, the facts are the defendants.
