Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2017 Highest 971" is a person who actually operates C in Changwon-si, Masan-si B.

On November 27, 2014, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with the victim D Co., Ltd. (former trade name: E Co., Ltd.) on the condition that deposit amount of KRW 18,440,00,00 per deposit amount of KRW 18,921,792 per month for 48 months, as well as KRW 1,560,100 per market value of KRW 2,560,00 per annum and KRW 666,600 per annum.

The Defendant, within the above C office, kept for the victim the above HaL460-1500 Hamb and HamH-100 Hamb for the victim. On January 2016, 2016, the Defendant received KRW 18 million from the first half of the Hamb and embezzled the first half of the HL460-1500 Hamb and embezzled by transfer of KRW 35 million from the second half of the Hamb police officers to the second half of the Hamb and then embezzled the second half of the Hamb.

Around April 8, 2015, the Defendant had a duty to maintain the security value of the machinery of the said machine mining center in order for the victim to achieve the purpose of the security until the repayment of the loan is completed, on the ground that the Defendant purchased more than 138,000,000 won from the said victim’s office at the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Headquarters of the Small and Medium Business Corporation located in 362, and purchased more than 138,00,000,000 won from the said victim and continued to occupy the said machinery by the method of possession after concluding a security transfer contract with the victim for the said machinery.

Nevertheless, on March 19, 2017, the Defendant violated his duty and received KRW 48,00,000 from a seller of machinery in the above C plant name in violation of his duty, and disposed of the machinery of the above machine learning center, thereby acquiring property benefits equivalent to the above amount and causing damage to the victim.
