Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) leased a dry field owned by the victim C, which is located in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun; and (b) destroyed it by plucking it by cutting down five million won in total at the market price of the victim, which is the victim’s ownership, on the ground that, while preparing for farming by leasing a dry field owned by another person adjacent thereto, trees located in the dry field bank would interfere with the formation of a farming shed.
