1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from December 3, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

In full view of the overall purport of the statements and arguments in Evidence Nos. 1-1, 2, and 2-2 as to the cause of the claim, the fact that the Plaintiff lent KRW 40,000,000 to the Defendant on December 1, 201 without fixing the due date for payment, and the fact that the copy of the instant complaint to the effect that the Plaintiff sought the payment against the Defendant on December 2, 2014, was served on the Defendant on December 2, 2014 is apparent.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the above loans KRW 40,000,000 as well as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum within the agreed rate as the Plaintiff seeks from December 3, 2014 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint.

2. Conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and acceptable.
