1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 78,980,00 to the Plaintiff the annual rate of KRW 25% from November 1, 2014 to the date of complete payment.

According to the purport of the entire argument in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4 (including each number), the plaintiff set interest rate of 20% from September 30, 2014 to October 31, 2014, and recognized that the plaintiff lent total of 135,080,000 won to the defendant on a total of 19 occasions as shown in the attached sheet of loan details, and the defendant repaid the principal amount of 56,100,000 won to the plaintiff, barring any special circumstance, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff the remaining loans of 78,980,000 won (total loans of 135,080,000 won - principal repayment rate of 56,100,000 won - interest rate of 56,100,000 won from November 1, 2014 to interest rate of 25% from the day following the date of the last loan and damages for delay calculated by the agreement.

In regard to this, the defendant has some differences in the amount borrowed, and the agreed rate is different from the plaintiff's assertion, but the defendant's assertion is not acceptable since it did not submit any evidence to acknowledge the argument.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition by admitting it.
