A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Obstruction of business;

A. On February 19, 2015, at around 23:55, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim C’s main store operated by the victim C in North Korea-gu, North Korea-si; (b) expressed the victim’s desire to take the victim’s drinking on the ground that the victim C does not drink the Defendant; and (c) flad the victim’s main store operation by the victim’s threat of force for approximately 30 minutes, such as driving away the customers from the said main store.

2) On December 2015, the Defendant: (a) 23:00, around 23:00, and around 23:00, the Defendant: (b) took a bath to other customers who had been living in the same place, so that the Defendant would not drink the Defendant; (c) took a look at the time, thereby interfering with the victim’s main business by force for approximately 30 minutes, such as driving away customers from the main shop.

B. On March 1, 2015, at around 20:20, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim’s main shop business by force of about 30 minutes, such as “the victim F,” operated by the victim F, who was in the north-gu, Northern-gu, the victim F, that the victim did not drink the Defendant.”

At around April 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) expressed a large voice to other customers who were at the same time, on the ground that the injured party’s “sing room operated by the victim G in North-gu, North Korea at the port of call” was not aware of the Defendant’s drinking, and thereby interfered with the victim’s main business by force for about 30 minutes, such as moving away the customers from the main shop.

On April 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 20:19 on April 17, 2015, at the main point of “the Victim H” operated by the Victim H located in Northern-gu, Northern-si; (b) the Defendant was under the influence of the victim by force of approximately 20 minutes, such as “the Victim H”, who was under the influence of alcohol to other customers.
