A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 22:00 on January 27, 2015, the Defendant ordered alcohol and alcohol as if he/she had the intent or ability to pay the price at the E main points operated by the victim D.

A.
