Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around October 10, 2019, around May 20, 2019, reported that, within the program room of the second floor of Jeju-si B and C community hall, a female victim, who visited the facility as a customer, was suffering marin; (b) after the victim’s back, she was satched with his/her cell phone camera with his/her own cell phone camera as a bridge under the satise; and (c) taken a satch with the ma.

On November 13, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 20:35 on November 13, 2019, the victim F (n, 23 years of age) who was carrying things within Jeju-si D and E convenience stores was suffering from the fright; (b) taken the victim’s mobile camera back to the victim’s side; (c) taken the victim’s cell phone camera into the bridge under the victim’s bridge; and (d) taken the bridge; and (c) moved the victim’s cell camera into the bridge under the victim’s bridge; and (d) taken the fright of the victim’s cell phone camera into the victim’s bridge under the part of the victim’s bridge; and (d) taken the fright.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of victims who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using mechanical devices, such as carmeras, against their will.
