Punishment of the crime

Around 20:00 on May 3, 2012, the Defendant: (a) at the Defendant’s house in the window B apartment B apartment 103 dong 509 at Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) “I will die” to the victim C (the age of 45); and (c) threatened the victim with a knife (the length of 30 centimeters) which is a deadly weapon; and (d) threatened with the victim’s side interest, as the victim’s side.
