A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

around 05:20 on August 3, 2019, the Defendant: (a) reported on August 3, 2019, Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu Seoul, that “A person who intends to continue to enter her house even after having finished his/her business,” used a bath for the reason that D’s circumstances leading up to the Seoul Sungdong Police Station C District forces assigned to the site have broken down the Defendant’s diving; and (b) assaulted the said D’s bridge to walk up on a hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.

1. Around November 7, 2019: (a) around 05:45, in front of the building in Dobong-gu Seoul, Dobong-gu, Seoul, where the Defendant received 112 report and received a penalty payment notice from the victim F of the Seoul Dobong Police Station affiliated with the Seoul Dobong Police Station, and police officers who received the said report from the victim G to commit a crime of violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, the Defendant abused the victims of the said 112 reporter and security guards of the said building at the same time, saying, the victims of the said 112 reporter and the victims of the said building should be subject to the drasing, ging, ging, ginging, and ging.

2. The obstruction of performance of official duties, the Defendant: (a) at the date and time, at the place specified in paragraph (1) of this Article, the police officer of the Seoul Dobong Police Station instructed the Defendant to have his shouldered and returned home; and (b) the police officer of the same police station arrested the Defendant as a flagrant offender committing the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties, and arrested the Defendant as a flagrant offender of the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties; (c) resisting the defect that the Defendant might have taken on the wall, thereby causing the injury of the Defendant’s left hand, and continuously carried out an animal bridge that requires two weeks of treatment by shouldering the Defendant’s left hand.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers on the prevention, suppression, and investigation of police officers, and at the same time injured the victims, respectively.
