Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a business owner of “CPC bank” located in Heung-gu Seoul Metropolitan City B.

Any person who violates the Educational Environment Protection Act shall not operate a business establishment corresponding to the business publicly notified by the Minister of Gender Equality and Family in an educational environment protection zone, and shall establish an Internet computer game facility in an educational environment protection zone after deliberation by the relevant office of education.

Nevertheless, from May 1, 2019 to May 16, 2019, the Defendant operated the above adult PC without undergoing deliberation by the Office of Education within 200 meters from D secondary schools located in educational environment protection zones, from D secondary schools, to May 16, 2019.

(b) A person who intends to operate a business providing Internet computer game facilities shall register with the head of the competent Gu after installing the facilities specified by Ordinance of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;

Nevertheless, the Defendant provided an Internet computer game without registration, such as providing an online computer game (farb), to many unspecified customers at the same time and place as the above, without registering the business of manufacturing the Internet computer game facilities, and paying an average of 5-1 million won per week, at the competent Gu office, by providing an Internet computer game (farb), at an unspecified number of customers.

(c) A person who intends to produce or distribute game products for the purpose of operating game products in violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act or providing such game products for use shall obtain a rating concerning the contents of the relevant game products from the Game Product Management Committee before producing or distributing the relevant game products, and shall not provide such game products for the distribution or use, or display or store such products for any purpose, before producing or distributing the relevant game products;

Nevertheless, the defendant is against many unspecified customers at the same time and place as the above "A".
