The reasons for the court's explanation of this case are the same as the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance, and it is difficult to conclude a different conclusion only with the descriptions of evidence No. 2-1 to No. 6-5 of evidence No. 2, and it is also acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
