The reasoning of this Court’s reasoning is as follows: (a) additional documents submitted in the trial and lack of recognition of the Defendants’ assertion; and (b) the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as that of the part of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the rejection of the Defendants’ testimony by the witness H of the trial; and (c) thus, (d) this Court shall accept

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified within the above scope of recognition, and the remaining claims are dismissed as it is without merit. Since the judgment of the court of first instance is just in this conclusion, the defendants' appeal is dismissed as it is without merit, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
