Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Medical Service Act shall perform medical practice unless he/she is a medical person;

Nevertheless, from August 1, 2016 to February 7, 2019, the Defendant engaged in beauty art business with the trade name of 'C' in Sungnam-si B from Sungnam-si, and took advantage of 600,000 won in total by providing 9 times the treatment of eyebrow with tools such as n'ssss and chloaks, and providing n's l's l's g's g's g's g's g's g' g's g's g's g's g

Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a medical person, he provided medical treatment such as eyebrows.

2. Violation of the Public Health Control Act;

(a) Anyone who intends to run a public health business shall have facilities and equipment prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare for each type of the public health business and report thereon to the head of the competent administrative

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without reporting to the head of the competent administrative agency from August 1, 2016 to February 7, 2019, performed beauty business for the extension of the eyebrow at KRW 34,25,700 on a daily basis, with three beds, two cosmetics, three lighting, three eyebrows, and a eyebrows, etc. at a place specified in paragraph (1) from around August 1, 2016 to around February 7, 2019.

Accordingly, the defendant did not report to the head of the competent administrative agency on beauty art business.

(b) No person shall open a barber business or beauty art business or engage in such business unless he/she has obtained a license for a barber or beauty artist;

Nevertheless, from August 1, 2016 to February 7, 2019, the Defendant opened beauty and art business with the appearance of the customer, without obtaining a beauty artist's license from around August 1, 2016, and engaged in such business.
