Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a beauty and beauty business establishment in the name of “C” in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 1509.

Any person who intends to engage in beauty art business shall be equipped with facilities and equipment prescribed by the Public Health Control Act and file a report thereon with the competent authority, and no person who has not obtained a beauty artist's license shall open a beauty art business or engage in such business.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without reporting to the competent authority, provided the above “C” at a place of business of approximately six square meters from May 1, 2012 to September 17, 2015, with facilities and equipment necessary for the care of the eyebrow, including two bed and the eyebrow slurging materials, etc. on September 11, 2015, and received KRW 17,000 to KRW 29,000 from KRW 17,00,000 from May 1, 2012 to KRW 29,000 from September 17, 2015.
