Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 60,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 20,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 8, 2016, the Defendant violated the signal or instruction indicating the traffic safety facilities by driving the vehicle from a shooting distance to the intersection of the ean Eup in the Namyang-si, Namyang-gu, Namyang-gu, Seoul, without stopping, while driving the vehicle from a red signal.
