Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 30,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 15,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

Pedestrians who walk roads and drivers of horses shall follow signals, instructions, etc. displayed by traffic safety facilities.

Nevertheless, on March 20, 2018, the Defendant stopped the stop line and the crosswalk without stopping the vehicle signal, etc. even though it was a stop signal on the front side of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, around 05:33.

As a result, the Defendant did not follow the signal indicating traffic safety facilities.
