Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a small-type taxi B.

Any person who drives a motor vehicle shall comply with the signal indicating the traffic safety facilities.

Nevertheless, at around 23:04 on March 3, 2016, the Defendant violated the signal by proceeding, even though the signal of the crosswalk vehicle installed on the front side of the road in front of the moving direction at the Gangseo-gu Seoul Airport, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, about 484-12.
