The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

The summary of the facts charged in the instant case is that the Defendant damaged the honor of the victim by sound recording that “The C Steering Committee 25 was present at the opening of the C Steering Committee on August 5, 2019, at the second floor of the C Office located in the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and the victim D has drawn up the D Chairperson, and stolen documents within the Do bank year, and reported to 112.”

This is a crime falling under Article 307 (1) of the Criminal Code, which cannot be prosecuted against the will expressed by the victim in accordance with Article 312 (2) of the Criminal Code.

However, on September 17, 2020, after the victim was prosecuted, the victim appeared as a witness in this court and withdrawn his wish to punish the defendant.

Therefore, the prosecution of this case is dismissed by applying Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
