The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
The facts charged in the instant case are: (a) around 20:30 on February 21, 2015, the Defendant injured the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts and expressing the victim’s intention not to want punishment against the Defendant; (b) thus, the prosecution of the instant case is dismissed, inasmuch as the Defendant expressed the victim’s intention not to want punishment against the Defendant, despite the victim’s “C cafeteria” within the “C cafeteria” located in the north-gu, Ma-gu, Ma-dong, Ma-dong, Ma-dong, Ma-dong, other than the instant case’s male and female relationship.
